Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Motocross Plug. We want you to feel confident when buying motocross gear, apparel, parts, and accessories from us. This Refund and Return Policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request a return, who pays return shipping, when refunds are issued, and which items may be final sale.

By placing an order on Motocross Plug, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging where applicable
  • Complete with all tags, labels, manuals, accessories, parts, and protective packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.

2. How To Start a Return

Order Information Needed: order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will send instructions for where to ship the item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking number of return package must be uploaded and customer must keep their tracking receipt until your return is processed. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

If we provide a prepaid return label for a return that is not due to our error, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged in transit

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or return shipping label depending on the situation and product availability.

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, such as a different size, color, or compatible product, subject to availability.

The fastest way to get the item you want is usually to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. If we support direct exchanges, we will explain the available options when you contact us.

6. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

For safety, hygiene, manufacturer, or fitment reasons, some items may not be returnable.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Used, worn, washed, installed, or damaged items
  • Helmets with removed tags, used liners, impact marks, or signs of wear
  • Neck braces, protective gear, and safety equipment that has been used or altered
  • Opened oils, chemicals, cleaners, lubricants, and aerosols
  • Electrical parts or electronic components that have been opened, installed, or used
  • Special order items
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items where marked final sale
  • Gift cards

7. Fitment and Sizing

Motocross gear and parts can vary by brand, model, year, and rider fit preference. Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, fitment notes, and compatibility information before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing or fitment, contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help. Customer-selected sizing or fitment errors may still be eligible for return if the item meets our return conditions, but return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility.

8.Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item approved by us.

Refunds may be reduced if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging
  • The return is received after the approved return window
  • A prepaid return label cost must be deducted
  • A restocking fee applies, if stated below

9.Restocking Fee

Restocking Fee Applies: A restocking fee of up to 10 % may apply to certain returns, including opened, incomplete, special order, oversized, or manufacturer-direct items. If a restocking fee applies, we will explain it before completing the return where possible.

10. Canceled Orders

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@motocrossplug.com or fill out your details on our Contact Us form

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed and shipped, or submitted to a supplier or fulfillment partner. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process after delivery.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the refund will be reduced by initial shipping charges, as well as return shipping charges and carrier fees.

International Returns are not accepted.
