Renthal Twinwall handlebars are engineered for the toughest of conditions. The Twinwall features a patented design borrowing aircraft manufacturing principles by utilizing two tubes within one bar, providing the ultimate combination of strength, safety, and lightweight performance.

The double-tubed design consists of an outer tube crafted from 7010-T73 aluminum for extreme resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, paired with an inner tube made from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum that is hard anodized to resist wear from controls and twist grips. Rubber seals cover the join to prevent water and fluid intrusion, while a laser-etched positioning grid allows for precise setup.
